MIU Medium Base 500gm

Description:

Motility Indole Urease(MIU Medium).MIU Medium Base is recommended for detection of motility, urease and indole production in a tube. Motility and urease reactions are read before testing Indole production. Organisms that utilize urea, produce ammonia which is makes the medium alkaline, show pink-red colour by change in the phenol red indicator.
