Description of  Murashige & Skoog medium:

Murashige and Skoog medium is the most used tissue culture, which many variations have been developed. It’s originated from White’s medium and originally developed for the cultivation of Nicotiana tabacum. An increase to 50-60mm nitrogen stimulated the growth of Nicotiana cells significantly.
